My French Culinary School at Chateau Lagorce – an International School devoted to Food and Wine.
Nestled between Bordeaux and St Emilion. The school principally runs during the winter months when the big wine Chateaux have much more time for us. We really get to meet the wine makers and understand their philosophy.
